Sheriff Altiere wishes to thank all of the businesses and citizens who donated to the TCSO Collection for the Troops in Iraq. Sheriff Altiere states "Because of the generosity of business and citizen partners in Trumbull County, we were able to send a truck load of goods to the troops. Its always a blessing when the community can come together to affect so many deserving lives."

Marine 1st Sgt. Debonis recently picked up the USO Carepackages and transported them to the USO in Akron where they will be processed and transported over to Iraq before the Holidays.

Items collected for the Troops ranged from deodorant and tee-shirts to calling cards and playing cards.
